Duplex FCF Fuel Gas Filter
John Crane’s Indufil® FCF filters efficiently remove oil and particle contaminants, ensuring enhanced reliability and optimal performance of boil-off gas (BOG) management systems on LNG, LPG and other gases.
Double Block and Bleed (DBB) Fuel Filter
John Crane’s DBB Filters are installed on fuel supply systems of dual fuel marine vessels. The DBB design of the filter allows containment of harmful and toxic fuels such as ammonia and methanol and guarantees a high level of safety.
Simplex Filter for Marine Fuels
John Crane’s Simplex filters installed on the FVT of dual fuel marine vessels are designed to capture particles from the fuel before it enters the engine and generator. By ensuring the fuel is clean, the filter prevents damage to the fuel injectors and other critical engine and generator components, thereby promoting smooth, reliable operation.

Melt Filters
John Crane's Seebach® melt filters are especially large area filters designed for the processing of plastic melts. They are used for high pressures and high temperatures to clean plastic melts of gels, degenerated material and debris. Seebach produces filter systems for every purpose from pilot-single candle filters between 0.25 m² to 0.75 m² to multiple candle filters up to 2.5 m² filter area.
Candle Filters
John Crane’s Seebach® candle filters are cylindrical filter elements, which are produced flat or pleated (for the enlargement of the filter surface). Suitable connection techniques include gluing, welding and crimping. John Crane's Seebach candle filters are used in almost all applications in the industrial solid-liquid separation.
Leaf Discs
John Crane’s Seebach® leaf discs are flat filter elements where the filtrate flows through a filter medium at the top and bottom in a base carrier and exits through an inner hub into the outlet channel. Leaf discs are deployed mainly in plastic melt technology and are used in catalyst recovery. A leaf disc is welded and available in three hub designs: hard hub, semi-hard hub, and soft hub.
Filter Discs
John Crane’s Seebach® filter discs are flat, single or multilayer packages of filter media with sealed edges. These are used essentially as “screens” in a line, e.g. in the melt filtration in so-called screen changers. John Crane’s Seebach filter discs are produced in “flat” or “pleated” versions.

CIP Star-Shaped Elements
John Crane’s Seebach® CIP (clean in place) elements are used in the pharmaceutical industry. They are fully welded cylindrical filter elements which are made of a special filter material (wire mesh laminate). Folding (pleating) is not possible due to the properties of the material; therefore we choose a special bending technique that leads to a star-shaped geometry.
Filter Cones
John Crane’s Seebach® filter cones are cone-shaped filter elements which are mainly used in the fields of oil and gas, in the pharmaceutical and food industries (e.g. grinding cones and grater cones).
Filter Baskets
John Crane’s Seebach® filter baskets are cylindrical filter elements which are flushed from the inside to the outside. This technique is used to hold back high amounts of dirt in the basket so that the remaining solids can be easily emptied.
