Análisis de Falla de Sellos Mecánicos
El curso da una noción del concepto del modo, factor y mecanismo de falla que presentará un sello mecánico luego de intervenirse. Se explica cómo definir el mecanismo de falla del sello mecánico y cómo asociarlo a las condiciones más probables a las que habrá estado sometido durante su funcionamiento. Se hace mención a la información de entrada necesaria para un correcto análisis. Se describe el proceso de generación del documento entregable al usuario, con la información empleada para el estudio, la descripción detallada de las evidencias detectadas y las asociaciones hechas para determinar la causa más probable de la falla del sello mecánico. Se explica brevemente el proceso necesario para comprender cuál será la información necesaria para confirmar las hipótesis enunciadas. La intención es que un buen Análisis de Falla sea de utilidad para un estudio de RCA.
Course Objectives
El objetivo del curso es que los participantes tengan un conocimiento preliminar acerca de los distintos tipos de exigencia que puede sufrir un sello mecánico y de qué manera manifestará el desgaste en función a cada situación.
Deben poder describir las causas más probables de la falla identificada, y deben ser capaces de reconocer la información necesaria para la confirmación de las hipótesis. Por último, tienen que poder documentar el trabajo en formato de Reporte entregable.
