Classified as Type “A” O-ring pushers seals, the Type 1648, Type 2648 and Type 3648 are high-performance, low-emission cartridge seals that safely and effectively contain hazardous fluids. These seals are suitable for petrochemical facilities that require precise control over a sealing environment.

Metal Bellows API 682 Cartridge Seals

John Crane’s metal bellows API 682 cartridge seals perform reliably for petrochemical applications while enabling industry compliance. Type 2609HTC and Type 3609HTC help increase mean time between repair (MTBR), curb emissions, reduce downtime and enhance plant safety. A cost-effective alternative to wet contacting seals, the Type 2874HTC seal features high-temperature, corrosion-resistant metal bellows technology. Other metal bellows suitable for petrochemical applications include Types 1604 and 1604HTC; Type 3604/3604HTC/3604HTCDP and Type 1670.
