Seal water control and monitoring system
SealCare is specifically designed to ensure a continuous supply of pressurised seal water while minimising water consumption at the seal.
In addition, SealCare acts as a direct monitoring device for mechanical seals. The indicator provides a continuous indication of the leakage rate at the seal, confirming the condition and performance of the seal. Degradation at the seal can be immediately identified with the visual indicator, and with an optional alarm sensor.
By using a closed loop of seal water, water is only used to replace seal leakage. An interruption in the seal water supply will be compensated by the stored volume in the SealCare unit, allowing seals to survive in remote environments where supply problems can occur.
