Today we are introducing the first part in our spotlight series on the 2019 John Crane Summer Internship Program. John Crane’s Internship Program has been operating for more than 19 years, with the mission to recruit, train, mentor and inspire a generation of professionals by introducing them to the engineering industry and supporting their professional goals. The John Crane Internship Program offers students the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals who help in not only shaping their knowledge, but also their professional futures.

The Program duration is held over the course of eight to 12 weeks, typically beginning at the end of May and running until the end of August. Aside from being immersed in their respective fields, interns also participate in array of career building and professional workshops such as LinkedIn and resume courses, and networking and philanthropy events.

Furthermore, the exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to work with and learn from John Crane’s strategy and business development team seemed way too good to pass up. Additionally, it is in Chicago!
