Amy Simpson joined John Crane in March 2021, and serves as the Executive Vice President, Energy Transition. In this role, she is responsible for John Crane’s energy transition and decarbonization agenda, and will lead business development initiatives related to the global shift toward net-zero carbon emissions.
Prior to joining John Crane, Amy spent more than 20 years at Schlumberger, most recently serving as Director, Global Stewardship Integration, where she led the company-wide rollout of a global sustainability program. Amy also served as Vice President, Global Account Director, and held other international roles in operations, account management, strategic marketing, communications and field operations, with assignments in the U.S., Australia and throughout Europe.
Amy received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. She has also completed an executive fellowship at the Center for Strategic & International Studies
