Welcome to another edition of our John Crane site feature blog post series! In this article, we’ll introduce you to our John Crane Vallejo site, and offer further insights into the site’s history, job functions, areas and products of specialty, and how the site stays involved within the local community.
John Crane’s Vallejo site is located in Mexico City—the capital of Mexico—in the Vallejo Industrial Area. Mexico City is the most populous city in North America (with a population of over 20 million), and is surrounded by a vast range of mountains and volcanoes that reach elevations of over 5,000 meters. Mexico City is known for its Templo Mayor, a 13th Century Aztec Temple, the baroque Mexico Metropolitan Cathedral of the Spanish Conquistadors, and the Palacio Nacional, which houses historic murals by famed Mexican painter Diego Rivera.
All of these attractions are situated in and around the Plaza de la Constituciόn, also known as Zόcalo, the massive city square.
