Elastomer Bellows Seals

Type 1: Full convolution, industrial duty elastomer bellows shaft seal

Type 2: Multi-purpose, non-pusher elastomer bellows seal available in single, double and balanced arrangements

Type 6: Low-pressure, elastomer bellows unitized seal head for small diameter pumps

Type 21: General duty, elastomer bellows shaft seal; an industry standard with OEMs

Type 2100: Compact, unitized, single-spring elastomer bellows mechanical seal known for durability and performance

Styles K1730 and K1771: Constructed of high-tensile strength, abrasion-resistant fibers for excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability, resilience and conformability

Style 1345: Constructed of abrasion- and chemical-resistant fibers that accommodate a wide range of abrasive and slurry services, temperatures, pressures and shaft speeds

Styles C1064 and 1993: Ideal for abrasive services where packing extrusion and sleeve or shaft wear are a concern

Style RPS44: Resilient packing designed to handle high axial and radial shaft movement

CVU/CVH: Automatic packings containing no lubricants or dispersions, well suited for non-contaminating services

Seal Support Systems

GR1/1C: General duty reservoir that can withstand pressure up to 16.3 bar while providing buffer/barrier fluid to a dual-seal arrangement

GR2/2C: General duty reservoir that can withstand pressure up to 30 bar while providing buffer/barrier fluid to a dual-seal arrangement

GR3/3C: General duty reservoir that can withstand pressure up to 73 bar (stainless steel) or 62 bar (carbon steel) while providing buffer/barrier fluid to a dual-seal arrangement

GP-S/GP-D: Non-API gas control panel for filtering, regulating and monitoring gas supply to gas-lubricated pump seals

Cyclone Separators: Typically used in an API Plan 31 arrangement and incorporated in the seal flush line (API Plan 11 ) from the discharge of the pump

Safeunit Ultima: Specially designed to control seal water flow and pressure in extreme conditions

Safeclean: Removes impurities and particles, providing clean seal water for stuffing boxes and mechanical seals

Hydrodynamic Bearings

Fixed Geometry Thrust Bearings: Offer extreme running precision and stability; energy-efficient under low to medium loads

Fixed Geometry Journal Bearings: An economic and energy-efficient solution for many rotating equipment applications

Tilting Pad Journal Bearings: Offer optimal rotor stability due to exceptional stiffness and damping; ideal for use in high-speed machinery operating under low to medium loads
